Benchmarks

A reference workflow (three activities and a one-second timer) started at a fixed rate with k6, from 50 to 800 a second in three-minute steps, each repeated three times after a minute of warm-up, against a database already holding a million finished runs. Every number comes from Postgres and Prometheus, never from the load generator alone.
